7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days in metro cities and up to 10 business days in remote areas.

Shipping partners include Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post.

The Company is not responsible for delays due to force majeure events, incorrect addresses, or customs clearance issues (for international shipping).

8. RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for return.

Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

Some products may be non-returnable, including final sale items and customized products.
